Terms of Service

Effective 9 August 2026 · MyRankOne is a product of Aerosoft (Cayman Islands). Short version: pay for what you use, only scan sites you are allowed to scan, and we are honest about your data. The details:

1. The service

MyRankOne is an SEO and AI-visibility platform: site audits, rank tracking, keyword research, backlink analysis, AI answer-engine visibility checks, reports and related tools. We provide measurements and recommendations; we do not promise rankings, traffic or revenue. Search engines and AI assistants change constantly and are outside our control.

2. Your account

You need an account for member tools. Keep your password private; everything done under your login counts as you. You can sign up with an email and password or through Google or Facebook sign-in. You must be authorized to act for the business you register. One free trial per business; creating accounts to farm trials is not allowed.

3. Trials, plans and payment

  • The free trial runs 30 days, full tool access, no card required.
  • Paid plans are prepaid terms of 30 days (USD). There is no auto-charge: we email you before a term ends and you renew yourself. If you do not renew, the plan simply lapses.
  • Payments are processed by our bank-connected card processor. Card numbers never touch MyRankOne servers.
  • One-off report purchases unlock that report permanently.
  • Prices can change; changes never affect a term you have already paid for.

4. Acceptable use

  • Only scan, track or analyze domains you own or are authorized to work on (your business, your clients with their consent, or publicly comparing competitors within lawful limits).
  • Our crawler respects robots.txt and rate limits. Do not use the platform to overload, probe or attack any site.
  • No reselling raw platform access without an Agency plan; white-label client reporting on the Agency tier is exactly what it is for.
  • No illegal content, malware distribution or deceptive use.

We can suspend accounts that break these rules. If we suspend you for abuse we refund any unused whole term, unless the abuse caused us direct damage.

5. Your data and content

Your scan results, keyword lists, tracked terms and reports belong to you. We keep them so your history and proof-of-outcome tracking work. The exact list of what we collect and why lives in the Privacy Policy - it is short and written in plain words. Highlights:

  • We collect what you give us (email, domains, keywords), what the tools measure (crawl results, rankings, PageSpeed and AI-visibility results) and basic usage data (IP, browser, pages used).
  • We never sell your data. We share it only with the processors that make a feature work (listed by name in the Privacy Policy).
  • You can ask for a copy or deletion of your account data at any time: iivva1616@gmail.com.

Anonymous, aggregated statistics (for example the public AI Visibility Index) never identify you or your clients.

6. Where the data comes from, and what it does and does not promise

What you are buying. You are buying market measurement and analysis: a snapshot of how your website and business appear in search, map and AI results at the time we measure, together with our recommendations. You are not buying a ranking, a placement, a guaranteed outcome, or any commitment from Google or any other platform. Search engines, map platforms and AI answer engines are independent third parties. They change their systems, their results and their rules whenever they choose, without notice to us or to you, and nothing in a report is certain or permanent.

Repeat scans of the same site will not always match. Structural findings such as missing titles, broken links or absent structured data are stable and repeat closely between scans. Anything derived from a live search or map result can move between one scan and the next, including within the same day, because those results are personalised, geographically weighted, continuously re-ranked and served from different data centres. Scores that average across pages also depend on how many pages a scan covers: a deeper crawl reaches more weak pages and can score lower on a site that has not changed. If you want to compare two reports, run them with the same page limit and the same market, and treat small movements as measurement noise rather than as results.

Sources. Reports combine (a) our own crawl of your website, (b) live search and Google Maps results retrieved through third-party data providers, (c) keyword volume and backlink data licensed from third-party providers, and (d) where you connect them, your own Google Search Console and Google Analytics. Provider coverage, refresh frequency and methodology are set by those providers and can change without notice.

Search results vary, so measurements vary. Search and map rankings differ by location, device, language, search history, personalisation and the moment of measurement, and they change continuously. A position we record is a sample taken at one time, from one location, in one language, and it is normal for it to differ from what you see on your own screen. Repeat measurements of the same term can legitimately differ.

Measured versus modelled. Figures labelled as measured come from a live retrieval or from your own connected accounts. Figures labelled modelled or estimated are calculated by us from observable data, including our AI visibility estimates, which model the likelihood of a page being drawn into an AI answer from live search sources. Modelled figures are analytical estimates, not observations of any AI system's internal behaviour, and they are labelled as such wherever they appear.

Scope of a crawl. A report covers the pages actually reached within the page limit, crawl depth and time budget of that scan, subject to your robots rules and server responses. It is not a guarantee that every page or every issue on your site has been found.

No ranking, traffic or revenue guarantee. We do not guarantee any search position, map position, AI citation, level of traffic, number of enquiries, footfall or revenue. Search engines, map platforms and AI answer engines are controlled by third parties who change their systems at will. Our recommendations are professional opinion based on the data available at the time, and outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your own implementation, your competitors and each platform's own decisions.

Verification of fixes. Where you mark a recommended fix as applied, that is your statement. Our verification means a later crawl of your live site found the specific issue no longer present on the pages we could reach. It is not an assurance of any resulting ranking or commercial effect.

Third-party names. Google, Google Maps, Google Business Profile, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Bing and Copilot are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting as an agent of any of them, and we have no control over their results or policies.

7. Warranties and liability

The service is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free data or specific business results. Third-party data (search results, PageSpeed, AI answers, backlink indexes) comes from external systems and can lag or change.

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are never liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost rankings, lost data caused by third parties).

8. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time; nothing renews by itself. You can ask us to delete your account and its data (see Privacy Policy). We can terminate accounts that violate section 4 or remain unused for more than 24 months after the last paid term ends.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the update.
