How does the free scan work?
Enter your domain on the home page - no signup, no card. We crawl up to 50 pages and show your health score, top issues and AI readiness in about a minute.
Why does my report say some pages were not crawled?
Crawl depth follows your plan: the free teaser covers 50 pages, a one-off paid report 230, and Premium or Agency membership up to 2000 per scan. Re-run the audit after upgrading and the full report replaces the teaser.
Where do I run scans as a member?
Inside the portal: Site Audit. You get your plan's full page budget, live progress and every past scan in one list.
Can I export or send reports?
Every audit exports CSV and JSON, and the complete report is available as a branded PDF. Agency members get client-ready decks as well.
Accounts & trial
What does the free trial include?
30 days of full tool access plus 1 complete report, no card needed. When it ends your data stays - you just need a plan to keep using the tools.
I forgot my password.
Use Reset password. We email you a link that works for 2 hours; you are signed back in the moment you choose a new one.
How do I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel: plans are prepaid 30-day terms with no auto-charge. If you do not renew, the plan simply lapses at the end of the term.

How do payments work?
Checkout creates a secure card payment link (USD). The moment it is paid your plan activates on your next page load - no waiting on a human.
Do plans renew automatically?
No. We email you a reminder before your term ends and you renew in two clicks from your account. No surprise charges, ever.
I paid but my plan shows pending.
Open your account once - activation happens when the payment is confirmed, usually instantly. Still pending after a few minutes? Email iivva1616@gmail.com with your account email and we sort it same day.
Refunds
If something went wrong with a charge, email iivva1616@gmail.com from your account address. A human reviews every refund request.
